The Full Moon Temple is a monthly ceremonial gathering devoted to reflection, release, and energetic renewal.

Each gathering is uniquely guided by the astrology of the Full Moon, elemental energies, and a featured goddess archetype. Practices shift month to month and may include restorative yoga, EFT tapping, breathwork, guided journeys, mantra, meditation, and subtle energy healing.

  • Earth and Water Moons often invite grounding, nervous-system support, and emotional release.

  • Air and Fire Moons tend to open more expansive pathways through breath, mantra, visualization, and intuitive journeying.

No two ceremonies are ever the same. This is a living temple — a space to attune to the lunar cycle, listen inward, and return to your own rhythm.

Connect with the seasons and the beauty of the Gardens through Mandi's creative, nature-inspired yoga classes. This gentle to moderate flow class blends mindful movements, stretching, breath, and meditative practices to cultivate a calm mind and peaceful strength. 

During the warmer months (May to October) yoga classes are primarily held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather or other factors the class will be moved indoors. During the colder months (November to April) yoga classes are always held indoors.
