My approach to yoga blends tradition with intuition, creating classes that meet you where you are and invite you deeper into yourself.

I am an experienced 500-hour instructor (E-RYT 500) with over a decade of teaching and thousands of hours of professional experience. My background spans multiple traditions, including Kripalu yoga, vinyasa, yin, kundalini, and restorative practices.

In my classes, you’ll find a blend of mindful movement, breath, and meditation — woven with meridian work, seasonal wisdom, and intuitive guidance. Postures may be flowing or still, energizing or restorative, always attuned to the needs of the moment.

I draw from my background in energy healing, nature-based practices, Ayurveda, crystals, and astrology to align each class with the cycles of the year, creating spaces that support not only the body, but also the heart, spirit, and soul.

Why take a class with Mandi?

I can honestly say that you, as an instructor, rank right up there as one of my favorites of all time. I’m immediately immersed in class - your voice, tone, in-depth instruction and cueing - your warmth, compassion and ease. You’re everything a true yogi is all about … exactly what i’m looking for in an instructor. I always leave your classes feeling relaxed, centered, grounded and at ease.
I feel so refreshed after a class with Mandi whether I take a class in person or virtually. Each class is so thoughtfully planned with movement that aligns with the moon and Earth patterns. I come away learning something new and feeling peaceful.
Mandi has a unique ability to create inner calm and lasting joy, which I always look forward to when practicing her online yoga classes and her in-person classes at Tower Hill. There’s nothing better than feeling an inner smile creep onto my face when reflecting on her classes and teachings.
Mandi is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are accessible for all with guided movement at the individual level of comfort. Her choice of music, guided meditations and her beautiful singing to end the class all combine for a wonderful experience.
Mandi has a natural way of teaching that I gravitate towards with regards to yoga. I have attended almost every evening class for the last two years of her “Yoga in the Garden” series of in-person classes held at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. No two classes are the same. I’m surprised at how many new flows I have learned with her gentle guidance after all these years. In the beginning I was unsure if yoga was for me because I did not want my positioning to be adjusted with touch by the instructor but rather with words of suggestions to make it your practice. Thankfully Mandi is consistently kind and does just that. She is your ideal yoga teacher, energy healer, and spiritual mentor. I appreciate her time and calming presence every week.
