Week 3: Depth and Reflection


This week is all about going inward. As Saturn and Mercury both begin their retrogrades, we’re called to slow down and reassess what’s working—and what’s not. Emotions may rise to the surface, especially with the Moon moving through intuitive Pisces and fiery Aries, and the Last Quarter Moon arrives to help us clear out whatever no longer aligns. This is a week for listening. For feeling. For honoring the wisdom beneath the surface.

The healing waters now become sacred mirrors. You are not being asked to solve or fix—but to witness. To remember. To let go.

Embodiment Practices:

  • Pisces-inspired movement: slow, fluid yoga or intuitive stretching

  • Aries breath of fire or core ignition for clarity and confidence

  • Journaling with candlelight or in a darkened room (to access the “underworld” of insight)

  • EFT to clear emotional weight or perfectionism

  • Stillness practice: 5–10 minutes a day of “non-doing” to notice what arises

What truth am I ready to face—and what part of me softens when I no longer resist it?
