A slow, grounding practice designed to support nervous system regulation and weekly renewal.

This class includes deep, sustained stretching, yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, restorative practices, and subtle energy work to help release tension and cultivate balance. Each practice is guided by the energies of the week, offering a gentle reset for body and mind.
