The path of YOU

There are many circumstances, distractions, tests, and excuses that can convince you to abandon your gifts. Walking away seems easier than facing your potential. Better to give up than to face the fears around success or rejection.

Sure, it’s possible to escape and float along in a pool of unrealized potential for a while and survive. OR you can double down, own your truth, embody your power, and THRIVE.

The path of YOU is the one worth traveling... if you’re ready to own it.

Arc of transformation

I’ve been in a strange place of uncertainty lately — unsure if I’m doing the right thing, filling up my calendar, and questioning every decision I’ve ever made until it feels like I’m floating in an ocean of cosmic doubt. And that’s really the arc of the transformational process. I’ve witnessed and guided many people going through deep transformation, and it’s never a glamorous spiritual awakening. It’s often very sad, very uncertain, very confusing. I’ve been through many myself.

We often think that transformation means we have to become a different person, but it’s actually a process of rediscovering who you always were, your authentic self. Transformation is a process of coming home to yourself.

The more we hang onto what we think we need in order to feel safe or validated, the more difficult the process becomes. When I opened the Akashic records this morning, I was reminded that we (me included) are so attached to the goal-setting, planning, achievement side of everything, that we don’t allow the time or space to be in the moment and allow ourselves to be guided.

We have all of the inner wisdom and trust within to guide us. It’s just a matter of listening. What is my heart asking me to do right now? Do I actually want to accomplish these ten tasks today or am I avoiding the stillness and rest? Am I listening to my inner guidance and desires or am I trying to keep myself safe? Am I witnessing or am I escaping?

There’s nothing you have to do to facilitate transformation except listen and BE. It’s your divine right. And in this space, as they guided in the records, we have the ability to just be in the moment. Let things unfold. It’s all happening now if we allow it. There’s no need to force.

Hacking the Matrix

I’ve tried the routine thing. It’s a natural human behavior. Oh, I like this... this worked in my schedule... this gave me good results — therefore I should make it a routine. Wake up at the same time, eat the same breakfast, drive the same route, practice the same daily behaviors, eat dinner at the same time, zone out before bed. Sometimes I can flow with some semblance of structure, but my spirit is saying 😱🤬🤯😩🤪

Other times (okay a lot of the time) I like to hack the matrix and do something completely different, reprogramming my brain to embrace (rather than fear) change. (That and it’s just more enjoyable.) Dance party first thing in the morning, reaching out to someone I haven’t talked to in five years, a cold shower, creating mandalas in nature, wearing a dress to clean the house, eating takeout at a mountaintop by sunset, creating a blanket fort, buying plane tickets with no plans, stargazing on the lawn pretending to study planets when I’m really looking for satellites and UFOs. 🔭 🛸 👽

If there weren’t people willing to live outside of the box, resist the norm, and question assumptions, then nothing would ever change. Let’s rewrite the norm so that living in the moment and prioritizing freedom becomes encouraged rather than ostracized. Let’s tear down the power structures that program fear and division by turning off and tuning out the voices until they no longer exist. Start to question and break down every assumption until the only right action is the one that makes you happy and maximizes your potential. Don’t be afraid to pave your own way and break the rules. —>> Make decisions out of love instead of fear.

See you on the other side. 😉
