Cleanse and clear, release old patterns, reprogram your supercomputer (the mind), and deeply ground into your body to feel safe and secure. This practice utilizes joint exercises, flow, meditation, and more to wash away stress, activate the root chakra, and create new vibrations of peace. This is particularly helpful if you’re feeling stuck in negative thought patterns or need to cultivate a sense of safety.
