Suggested Practice: Warrior Sequence for Stability and Strength

Level 1 Hatha

A fully standing and strengthening practice (no arms!) that takes it back to the basics with Warrior postures. Each posture is described from the ground up and held for a few breaths, so you can begin to tune into your natural strength and presence.  

Astrological Overview: Moon in Taurus trine Venus in Virgo strengthens steadiness, helping you ground emotions and find control.
