Remembrance and Reflection

Suggested Practice: Inner Strength - Yin for Self-Reflection

Yin

This contemplative Yin practice is designed to cultivate inner strength and self-reflection. Created during Saturn's retrograde station, this practice embraces the invitation to pause, reassess, and build resilience from the inside out. Through grounding breathwork, mindful movement, and long-held postures, we create space to release physical tension while strengthening our capacity for presence and self-awareness.

Astrological Overview: The Virgo Moon harmonizes with Mars in Cancer before entering Libra, helping us translate care and compassion into meaningful action. Libra then turns our attention toward peace, relationship, and our shared humanity. On this day of remembrance, we can also make space to honor those whose lives were lost or forever changed on September 11, 2001, and reflect on the courage, service, and compassion that emerged in its aftermath.

Historical Spotlight 🕯️ September 11: Take a quiet moment today to remember those who were lost, those who loved them, and the first responders and communities whose lives were forever changed. May remembrance deepen our appreciation for life and strengthen our commitment to compassion, peace, and care for one another.

Reflection: How can remembrance inspire me to bring more compassion into the world?
