Level 1/2 Slow Flow

A slow-paced flow to cultivate grounding, stability, balance, and connection to self. You’ll practice a series of seated warm-ups and stretches, alternate nostril breathing, sun salutation variations, walking meditations, and tree pose. Let go into the earth’s spaciousness and stability to invite lasting peace.
