Meditation

Activate your creative life force energy and let it circulate and flow with ease. This meditation uses visualization, the microcosmic orbit (a Taoist breath technique), and a meditation on all 7 chakras.

Astrological Overview: Venus in Libra harmonizes with Mars in Leo, awakening creativity, passion, and the desire to express ourselves in meaningful ways. As the Moon enters Sagittarius, our perspective begins to widen, encouraging us to explore new ideas and reconnect with the things that make life feel joyful.

Reflection: What creative expression brings me joy simply for the experience of doing it?
