Remembering the Sacred

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an insatiable curiosity and sense of wonder. From a young age, I was delving into the mysteries of the universe — pursuing knowledge in various aspects of cosmology, mysticism, mythology, and ancient wisdom traditions. I was naturally drawn to yoga as a form of exercise because of my interest in the spiritual roots of the practice, and over time it became one of my greatest devotions.

In 2018, I walked away from my corporate job, a six-figure income, and the stability I always thought I wanted to pursue my love of yoga and spirituality. My offerings are cultivated and created from a life of daily devotion, inner discovery, personal development, and constant learning. This is my life’s work, my sacred path. I am deeply integrated in the teachings and bring my whole self to every class and offering. It is also my mission to make these practices as accessible as possible, because I KNOW they will change your life.

Like many of you, I have struggled with the difficulties of fitting into a society full of expectations. Many of my anxieties and insecurities were a result of living a life that wasn’t aligned with my true self. YOGA is the medicine that brought me to my body, my truth, my heart, and my purpose. My energy field catalyzes transformation, so if you feel drawn to me or my offerings, you’re probably ready for your own journey of self-awakening.

Yoga with Love and Magic

My yoga classes go beyond physical postures, integrating subtle energy practices to encourage self-healing and deepen spiritual connection. A typical class with me often involves Kripalu-style flow, creative mandala sequencing, kundalini-inspired practices, yin and meridian-focused postures, restorative techniques, and meditation. I also bring my background in nature-based practices, astrology, Reiki, Ayurveda, crystal healing, and Tarot to align my classes with the wheel of the year and to provide an intuitively guided experience.

I have a gentle teaching approach that allows you comfortably explore your personal edge and unlock new levels of self-awareness, healing, and growth. Because of my love and enthusiasm for the practice, I arrive to the mat with positive and clear energy, joy, compassion, and love for all. Every class is for every person and every body — no matter your level of experience.

Self-Awakening Mentorship

Drawing from my own journey of personal growth and transformation, as well as 10+ years of experience as a teacher, priestess and healer, I offer valuable tools and integrated teachings that help people reclaim their power, master their intuition, and awaken their greatest gifts. Through workshops and one-on-one sessions, it is my passion to inspire others to live authentic, joyful, magical, and prosperous lives.
